Our Story

 

Anuj and Laura met in 2000 when they both worked at the Starbucks in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood. Laura took her job very seriously and loved meticulously crafting each drink. Anuj, on the other hand, was a prankster and enjoyed making people laugh. He made work fun, while she made sure things got done. They were a good team and became fast friends. Fourteen years later their relationship has deepened into a seasoned romance, but their youthful dynamic is much the same. Anuj creates the adventure and Laura makes sure that he remembers to bring his keys.
